It is not to say that stress is the sole cause of these diseases. However, chronic stress is probably the strongest factor why your system is not able to manage and resolve these conditions. In less serious cases, chronic internal stress can manifest itself as always tired, requiring the caffeine to go forward, or with little desire to get outside and do what you are to do in life.
